The true story of a national spiritual awakening in the early 1970s and its origins within a community of teenage hippies in Southern California. Incredible movie!

Parents Guide:

There are some drug elements in here because during the hippie age drug use was very prevelent.

A woman does get drug poisoning, and a group of teens almost crash but all these scenes are not terrifying. These drug scenes are well made so it is shown drug use as very bad and walking away from that as a freeing experience. We watched it with our whole family and we have an 8 and a 13 year old who weren't disturbed by any of this. We love this movie and do recommend watching it as a family.
