About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil


Preparation

Step 1


a. Heat 2 cups water in a pot in the stove.

b.Take muffin wrappers and put them in each muffin holder.



Step 2


Add ingredients to a bowl ( not into the pan on the stove ) and then place the bowl inside the pot of water on the stove. Be careful not to get any water in the ingredient bowl.


Step 3


Stir ingredients on stove until they are all melted and mix smoothly



Step 4


Pour half of the chocolate mixture into muffin wrappers ( just enough to cover the bottom of the wrappers ), then freeze for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is solid.


Step 5


Take tray out of freezer and add peanut butter leaving enough room for the rest of the chocolate on top.


Step 6


You can freeze the PB if you don't think its firm enough, I never did and it worked perfectly. Pour remaining chocolate on top of PB cups
