Ingredients
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. monk fruit/xylitol
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
16 oz. peanut butter
1 stick butter softened
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. raisins and walnuts (optional)
4 1/2 c. oats
2 t. baking soda
Preparation
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Once they are mixed continue to step 2.
then mix oats, baking soda, chocolate chips, and raisins and walnuts (if desired).
Butter cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 12 minutes
